Who We Are

Creehan Holdings was founded by a former VP of Data and Technology with 20+ years of executive leadership experience. Having participated in multiple M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side, the founder brings financial literacy, operational discipline, and hands-on acquisition experience to every deal. Capital is ready to deploy.

Executive Leadership
Data and technology executive with experience in marketing, media, healthcare, and auto industries. Managed teams of up to 50 across data science, data analytics, and software engineering.
M&A Experience
Buy side experience evaluating acquisition targets and merging cultures. Sell side experience preparing company artifacts and responding to buyer interest.
Operational Background
Comfortable reading and interrogating a P&L. Experienced in company-wide cost management and efficiency initiatives. Strong track record building teams and systems that operate independently.
Digital Marketing
Several years embedded at Red Ventures, one of the country's largest performance marketing organizations. Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, content strategy, and digital analytics.

$275,000 – $375,000 in verified seller's discretionary earnings

Consistent and well-documented — formal contracts not required
Operations
Strong systems in place with a path to owner-independence within 12 months
Timeline
Actively searching in 2026 — capital and financing ready
Not pursuing: Restaurants / food service or healthcare businesses.
